Embracing the unexpected

A love-filled day at The Three Horseshoes inn, Leek, Staffordshire

This beautiful wedding at The Three Horseshoes Inn in Leek was full of love, laughter and so much fun! The unpredictable weather meant the celebrations had to take place mostly indoors but thankfully we managed to make the most of a few sunny spells throughout the day to capture their group photographs and some portraits together outside.

The couple were so clearly in love and spent the whole day embracing every moment of their new marriage surrounded by their friends and family. Their evening reception was especially fun, with the dance floor completely full pretty much from the moment the music started! There was so much energy in the evening which made for some brilliant photographs that I'm sure will have the newlyweds laughing all over again when they look through their wedding gallery.

And then there was their little girl, who absolutely stole the show in her beautiful white dress matching her mummy. She wasn't the only little one having fun either! The children spent the day running around, playing and getting involved in the celebrations. It was such a lovely reminder that having children at your wedding can bring an extra bit of fun and spontaneity to the day.

Despite the unpredictable weather, this was such a joyful wedding to photograph and a perfect example of how the best moments often happen when you embrace whatever the day throws at you!
