Making the most of the light

Vendors Collaberation at Salt House, UK, Staffordshire

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful wedding photoshoot at Salt House, Staffordshire, alongside an incredibly talented team of local wedding suppliers. The day was all about creating content while showcasing just how stunning a colourful, modern wedding can be.

The weather certainly kept us on our toes! Harsh light from direct sunshine can make a beautiful wedding day but it's one of the trickiest conditions to photograph in. By working with the light and making the most of the venue's beautiful surroundings, we captured some images I'm genuinely proud of!

One of my favourite parts of the shoot was the incredible floral design by Wild Ways Floral. The vibrant mix of bright pinks, oranges and yellows completely transformed the space and brought so much personality to the day. I loved the colour palette so much that it actually inspired the flowers I've chosen for my own wedding over a year later!

The best things about collaborative shoots like this is working alongside such passionate and creative suppliers. Everyone brought their own expertise and the teamwork throughout the day made it so easy to create natural imagery that really showcases what a wedding at Salt House can look like!
